Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA)

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is a statutory body established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. Its primary objective is to promote and regulate planned industrial, residential, and commercial development along the Yamuna Expressway corridor, connecting Greater Noida with Agra.

Application and Allotment Process

• Notification: YEIDA releases official notifications for plot/housing schemes in newspapers and on its website.
• Application Submission: Interested applicants submit forms online or offline within the stipulated period.
• Draw of Lots: In case of oversubscription, transparent computerised draws are conducted.
• Allotment Letter: Successful applicants receive an allotment letter.
• Payment: Allottees pay the plot cost in instalments as per the prescribed schedule.
• Possession: Upon full payment and completion of formalities, physical possession is granted.
